Went there for some disc golf because I had heard mixed reviews and I wanted to find out for myself. I liked the coarse because of its mixture of little hills and change of elevation so it requires a mixture of shots. My assessment is that it’s a great park and would recommend it. I live about 2 hrs away but I have relatives in the CC area so whenever I visit I definitely want to swing by again.

Beautiful, clean park that is very spacious and has plenty of picnic tables to have a meal with your family. They have a really nice sized play ground for littles and a bigger one for older kids with swings. Our favorite part of West Guth is the pond with ducks, geese, turtles and birds for nature watching. There is also a swimming pool during summer season and there is year round disk golf available.

Nice spacious park. There are picnic tables, and I’ve seen plenty of gatherings here. I recommend coming around sunset. There are actually some hills here, so you can get a pretty good view. There’s also a small pond with geese and ducks, making it very picturesque.

The kids love to go play there and see the ducks. BUT I am concerned about the condition of the swimming pool. It was green, half empty, and Rockwall falling apart. Why is the city allowing this. The kids love that pool in the summer

Nice place to entertain rambunctious kids. Be advised, the geese can be aggressive so watch kids closely. The pool is not open and you're better off going to a gas station or waiting until you get home to use the bathroom. Take GermX if you're going to be eating, and mosquito repellent if there's been rain. Sides of pond are slick, don't let them run or walk on edges.
